Hello, we have about 4 different businesses and some agents are working on multiple ones. I wonder how does the cloud access work in this case? We have one license here and the login for me as an owner and for my agents is at https://cloud.board.support/, so how exactly we separate the access to different businesses/websites on the cloud network?

A: Hi,
The only features related to this is under Settings > Admin > Switch account. It allow to switch between accounts without having to sign out and in everytime. Mind that this feature will not give multi-account support, it only facilitate the switch of the account, so an agent or admin will still be logged on only with one account at same time. Can I assign a distinct knowledge base specifically to one website so that only information from that knowledge base is used in this chat? 4. Is it guaranteed that the user cannot select another knowledge base via the chat, as is apparently the case with the departments (It is quite useful for the departments.)?

Is it advisable to combine the cloud version with the WordPress version? I would like to use Support Board primarily in WordPress, but also for Telegram and TidyCal. What should I keep in mind combinig both?
Then I should access a suitable AppSumo tier for the cloud version here and also purchase the WordPress version on your website, right?

A: Hi you cannot combine the two versions. What you should do instead is buying the AppSumo version (cloud) only and then use the WP plugin built for the Cloud version: https://wordpress.org/plugins/support-board-cloud/
