Does your software provide api access or would i need my own api key? Is there a white label version so that I could provide a chatbot for my clients? Can I install the chatbot on my website or social sites like linkedin or Google my business? I am looking for a chatbot software that can answer questions for customers that visit my bookkeeping website and i will need it to be trained to answer any possible question that my customers might have about bookkeeping and my services.

Q: Show typing indicator & split bot replies into chunks – possible?
Can we make our bot’s replies feel a bit more human?
Ideally, I’d like it to:
1. show the “typing…” indicator for a couple of seconds first, and
2. send its answer in two or three shorter chunks instead of one big block.
Is there a setting for this, or an API call I can use?
Any pointers would be great—thanks!
