Are you guys working on some guard rails? I notice that I can say things like "What is the capital of the USA?" or "write me a python script thst prints hello world" and it does those things without any push back. This is in your demo on your website. I would like to know if you have guard rails or if you will be adding any more?
I confirm you can restrict the chatbot and force it to provide answers only for questions related to your company and training data. In our demo, we leave it open to all questions on purpose.

Also, if we need to re-assign a shop or for example, change the type of framework later, can we still do? (let's say, remove from Shopify and restart with a WordPress-based website or wix?) Yes you can change shop but you have to write us so we can reset it. You can use your OpenAI key but limits still apply as they are not related to that.
Setting up email is one click. Email piping just requires to enter SMTP AND IMAP details
A: You can create only one OpenAI chatbot that is trained via Support Board, but you can create unlimited OpenAI Assistant chatbots(see https://board.support/docs/#open-ai-assistant for more details). Each assistant can be linked to a different department.
