Hi, I had the idea to create chatbots for each of my clients, allowing them to log in and manage their own bots and use the help desk features in the future. I just read this reply to another question: "Seats are premium add-on – Tier 7 users will get 1 free for life" This doesn't ruin Tiny Talk entirely for me, but I was under the impression we would have more seats included in the highest possible paid plan. Could you shed some light on this decision? Teams features are one of the most important reasons agencies would want to invest in a product like this, and having an unlimited amount of chatbots with help desk - but only 1 person able to access said help desk - doesn't seem viable. I think it makes strategic sense though, since you need MRR to stay afloat! I was just hoping we would get access to, say, 5 seats.
Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your perspective
We try to make all new features available to every tier, but some (like custom domains and teams) involve not just development but also ongoing operational and support effort. With multiple team members per account, support needs scale up significantly. If we included 5+ seats by default, our support volume would 5x overnight, which unfortunately isn’t sustainable for us.
That’s why Tier 7 includes 1 lifetime seat, while additional seats are available only as premium add-ons. This lets us keep the LTD fair and generous, while ensuring long-term stability for everyone.
We really appreciate your understanding and your feedback, it helps us keep improving Tiny Talk.
Hi I am interested in Tiny Talk but my one concern before buying is that the appsumo page only says “All future Basic Plan updates”. So even if we buy 7 codes, then by this statement we are still only going to be mapped to your basic plan. Can you please confirm exactly which of your plans we are mapped to for a 7 code purchase. I find this very concerning if it’s not stated in writing that the 7 code purchase is mapped to a higher plan than just your basic one (I realize there are more benefits/inclusions but I’m talking about confirmed plan mapping for users who fully stack). Thanks
Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your concern.
You’re correct, the plan technically maps to our Basic plan, but that’s only because this mapping approach is not waterproof. We’ve seen some companies rename plans or shift features around to limit lifetime deal users, but that’s not how we want to operate.
From day one, we’ve made every new feature and improvement available to all AppSumo tiers, including Tier 7. Here are some of the features our earliest customers didn’t have at purchase but now enjoy at no extra cost:
- Web crawling & scraping - Support for new document types - Real-time Help Desk & human takeover - Conversation history - Zapier & WhatsApp integrations - Webhooks - Messenger/chat widget updates - Internationalization (6 languages) - Lead generation tools - Welcome & suggested messages - New OpenAI models as they launch
With two exceptions here: - AI Models from DeepSeek/Llama/Claude/Qwen/Gemini/xAI via Open Router (Tier 7 only) - Custom domains (normally a premium add-on — Tier 7 users get 1 free for life)
With new features coming up: - Teams features (Seats are premium add-on – Tier 7 users will get 1 free for life) - Advanced Analytics (Tier 7) - Rate limiting
We believe our track record speaks for itself. While I fully understand your hesitation, our commitment has always been to give all our users — including Tier 7 — the same evolving product, without hidden limitations.
I hope this clears things up, but happy to answer anything else you’d like to know.
Thank you! I'd recommend creating a free account to give it a try. I know some of our users use Wordpress, but we're not particularly keeping track of Elementor updates and potential issues. It should be working out of the box and it is easy to test it on your end, so I'd encourage that.
There are no restrictions on our end at least.
Hope this helps and if you encounter an issue, feel free to reach out via email support@tinytalk.ai
1. Yes, our platform does accept file formats including PDF and Docx. Your chatbot can make use of those documents to answer the questions.
2. If this is regarding WhatsApp, then no, we do not provide phone numbers. You have to have a phone number and onboard with WhatsApp Business API using our dashboard. We can make a recommendation where you can get a phone number online. Each chatbot requires its own phone number due to WhatsApp constraints.
3. Not at the moment though it is in our roadmap.
4. This is underway and will be available in September.
Hope this helps and let me know if there is anything I can further help with.
I'd recommend you to create a free account and make use of the 25 free messages that we provide so you can test the platform and features. See if it makes sense for your use cases and requirements before you commit.
Ah, sorry perhaps I got your question wrong. We do not allow file uploads by users, it has to be you as the owner of the account/chatbot who uploads the files to your knowledge base to train your chatbot.
Q: You write: "GPT 3.5 (Bring your own key)" ❯ Do we must bring our own Keys?
Hello
Does Tiny Talk already include GPT/AI functions, or do I need to provide my own GPT key?
Yes, you have to bring your own API Key. Tiny Talk offers AI capabilities and functionalities by utilizing your API Key. As you may know each AI model has its own cost factors, some are quite expensive while most are affordable, we let you manage your costs as you wish by bringing own own API Key and selecting the model you wish to use.
Q: Question about teams features

Q: Compatibility with Wordpress theme "Elementor"?
Hi, sounds great! My website runs on the Elementor theme with Wordpress. Are there any restrictions, or is Tiny Talk fully campatible?

Q: Pre purchase quesrions
Assume I full stack.
1. Can it do document analysis? User uploads pdf or .doc?
2. Do you provide a business number and can I use more than one? Like one for each brand.
3. Can it interpret from voice messages?
4. Can I limit a session user in anyway to prevent abuse? Like 25 messages per day or monthly limits?

Thanks for the response. So can a user upload a doc into WhatsApp and have the ai analyse it?
