Yes, you have to bring your own API Key. Tiny Talk offers AI capabilities and functionalities by utilizing your API Key. As you may know each AI model has its own cost factors, some are quite expensive while most are affordable, we let you manage your costs as you wish by bringing own own API Key and selecting the model you wish to use.
Hola Chicos! tengo una consulta en alguno de los paquetes y con una llave propia para algun modelos de OpenAI existe la posibilidad de analisis de fotos? Es decir por chat de whatsapp alguien me envía una foto y el chat me puede dar una respuesta?
We don't have a date yet for the Slack integration. It is something we very much look forward to, but due to our limited capacity and competing features we are currently implementing, it is hard to give any estimation :/
Hi, we quite often update our main core data that would be used. How does it work with uploading new data? Does it overwrite the old or does it get added as additional? How does this work with the limits too?
At the moment there is no option to update content in place in a recurring way. You have to manually remove the stale content and crawl/scrape the website again. But we acknowledge that this is not a sustainable solution and we want to introduce tools around this to make it more manageable. We have some other priorities but this is definitely on our roadmap to bring a solution in near future.
In terms of limits, when recurring and in-place update functionalities are in place, then it should have almost no impact on the knowledge base limits. We'll automatically remove the old content and add the new.
Many thanks for confirming. Deleting and re-adding the content isnt the end of the world. We have alot of product datasheets in pdf which we would use for the learning process but these often get updated. We were more worried that if we uploaded the new datasheet, we wouldn't be able to delete the old one and that our character allowance would get used up quickly with old data?
At anytime you can delete existing resources/content from your knowledge base and your character allowance previously consumed by that resource would be freed up.
Let me know if there is anything I can help with.
All the best, Oscar
Q: User Interface translation
Is it possible to translate all user-facing interfaces into various languages? Thank you.
Thank you for reaching out. Currently we support English, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish for both admin dashboard and user facing messenger/chat widget.
We plan to introduce Dutch and Italian languages in near future.
Q: You write: "GPT 3.5 (Bring your own key)" ❯ Do we must bring our own Keys?
Hello
Does Tiny Talk already include GPT/AI functions, or do I need to provide my own GPT key?
Thanks a lot, kind regards,
Thomas
