1. Unfortunately you cannot take payments through our platform, we do not offer WooCommerce, Razorpay or any other payment integration. We have some limited way of rate limiting the user messages, but this is a manual operation and would not scale as you might wish.

Since users bring our own API keys and pay related usage costs, will we have access to all future models as you add them? Alternatively, might there be additional costs to access Chat GPT 6, 7, etc. whenever they happen. Thank you!

Tier 7 is the only plan where all new and recent models from OpenAI and OpenRouter are being offered. We've made GPT-5 series available on the week it came out, we'll soon add GPT-5.1 series and more models from OpenRouter. I believe at the moment we have around 40 models in Tier 7.
I tried the free version, it looks promising, but I couldn't localize (translate) the chatbot environment into my language, Slovak (the website it would work on is in Slovak). Is this possible?

You have limits for characters and messages per month, is there any documentation to the definition of how you calculate these?

The limits still apply even when you put OpenAI API key, the reason of the limits are due to our platform being in the middle and processing requests, saving messages, reserving storage in database and traffic on our infrastructure.
