Here are some questions that it didn't answer: - Can the administration tray be configured to be displayed in Spanish? - Can I associate the chatbot with Woocommerce? - Can I associate Tiny Talk with Google Sheets, to save captured data and/or to train the bot - If I buy plan 4 to test the tool and then want to buy plan 7, can I pay the difference or do I have to make the full payment?

I need to get personlised info from leads. ¿how do i set up tiny talk to collect the data i need?
for example, We are receiving donating books from people all over the country, we need that users give info such as complete address, number books, email, mobile number, etc..
As we have discussed over our email exchange, we are working on this as will soon roll out additional fields for lead generation form, then soon after custom fields will be introduced.
