Q: A few questions before I purchase tier 7

I can see a few of our companies using tiny talk for a few reasons.

Before I get started -- I need to know:

1. Is the bot capable of being trained to:

- upsell products
- handle customer objections
- send links to stripe so customers can pay?

2. What are the best used cases customers are currently using tiny talk for?

3. What's the best information you can feed tiny talk for it to generate the best results?

A: Hello Matt,

Thank you for reaching out.

1. I'd say these are possible within reason, but the user experience you have in mind and what I say it is possible can differ. I'd recommend that you create a free account and try a few scenarios you have in mind. We offer some free messages on free accounts to trial the platform.

2. Mainly customer support, but also employee/user onboarding, education/ed-tech, multi language Q&A, live help desk, retail product recommendations, book authors and real estate are some comes to mind right away..

3. We support common document types for ingestion as well as website crawling/scraping. The biggest two important things are your system prompt/instruction and the quality of your knowledge base. If you dump in whatever you have into your knowledge base, then the quality could be less ideal. We also have authors who input their books, where each are 300 pages.. It is a bit of a spectrum, where your intent/expectations vs the effort you put int to craft and test inputs and outputs.

Q: Proyección a Futuro y manejo directo en whatsapp

Hola chicos! he visto su trabajo en el tiempo y mi idea es comprar el Tier mas alto. Ya tengo un TIER 1 que use para hacer pruebas. Pero tengo estas dudas:

1. Aunque probablemente sé la respuesta! Quiero saber si mantendran a Tiny Talk en el tiempo y no es algo que en algunos años deje de funcionar.
2. Es posible que se habilite la visualización de las interacciones del chat directo en whatsapp?
3. Como está las notificaciones y traspaso de chatbot a humano en whatsapp?

1. Por supuesto, nos encantaría y planeamos seguir aquí :)
2. No entiendo exactamente a qué te refieres, pero puedes ver las conversaciones que se mantienen en WhatsApp desde el Panel de Tiny Talk > Centro de Ayuda. Solo asegúrate de tener habilitado el Centro de Ayuda.
3. Por el momento, no hay transferencia de llamadas a humanos en WhatsApp, pero estamos trabajando en algunos cambios para que esto sea posible en el futuro.

Q: API key & Instructions Character Limit

Hi there,

Just to confirm, if we bring our own API key, can we access all of the other models like Claude? Can you also tell me if there is a character limit on the system instructions?
Is access temperature standard?

A: Hello Nadia,

Thank you for reaching out.

Access to various AI models (including Claude) is provided via OpenRouter and this feature is only available in Tier 7. Once you're on Tier 7 and have added your OpenRouter API Key, then you can select models from Anthropic, Meta, xAI, Google, Mistral, DeepSeek etc.
Please mind that regardless which model/model provider you're using, you will have to add an OpenAI API Key. This is because of a specific (embeddings) model that we use during training and chat flows isn't available on OpenRouter.

There is no limit that we set on system instructions, but of of course it is bound to the context window of a given model.

Temperature can be configured depending on the model properties, most reasoning models like o1 does not allow temperature configuration, but otherwise you can always configure it.
