Hello, good afternoon! I would like to know details on how live streaming works through the Vivomeetings portal for up to 10,000 participants. Is there an example video, or more details? Also, I've been sending messages through the Vivomeetings support website for some time now, but haven't received a response. Are they still active?

Q: Workflow for Automatic registration for webinars

Hi - If I purchase the 7 codes (which includes the webinar registration), is there an option to setup a workflow (through a third party app like zapier) that will automatically register a participant in the Vivo webinar, when an attendees purchases a ticket for my webinar through trhivecart? Ie automation - in that they purchase a webinar spot on thrivecart and that purchase will workflow through a zap setup through zapier, that will automatically add the person's details as a registration in the webinar on vivo?

A: Hello, thank you for your inquiry. Our Zapier integration supports basic meeting scheduling only. It cannot be used for ticket purchases or for creating webinars with event registration.

1. What is the video/audio quality of the meetings' recordings ?

2. Plan 3: The product description does not mention video recording, and Plan 3 does not offer video recording.

Q: Once a live webinar has been done, can others watch it afterwards as if it was "live"?

I have a client that wishes to record her webinar and then have it somewhere online where it automatically plays at set times (customer would select which time/day works for them) so that customers can join and watch as if it was a live webinar.

Is this something your software can do?

Q: Cancel VivoCalendar

What is the best way to contact you about canceling VivoCalendar? I took you up on a trial of VivoCalendar and have been paying for over 12 months with no simple way to cancel VivoCalendar despite multiple contacts. I can't even log into the system because it doesn't recognize my log in for some reason despite attempting multiple email addresses. On my CC statement it refers to bookafy.com. This situation is extremely infuriating to me.
