You're welcome. It is a cloud recording. With plan 4, you get 8GB free. There is no recording size limit, but you must not exceed your limit. To avoid data loss and maintain smooth performance, regularly download and delete older recordings.
Q: Once a live webinar has been done, can others watch it afterwards as if it was "live"?
I have a client that wishes to record her webinar and then have it somewhere online where it automatically plays at set times (customer would select which time/day works for them) so that customers can join and watch as if it was a live webinar.
Is this something your software can do?

What is the best way to contact you about canceling VivoCalendar? I took you up on a trial of VivoCalendar and have been paying for over 12 months with no simple way to cancel VivoCalendar despite multiple contacts. I can't even log into the system because it doesn't recognize my log in for some reason despite attempting multiple email addresses. On my CC statement it refers to bookafy.com. This situation is extremely infuriating to me.

I’m trying to understand the difference between Tier 1 and 2 (Basic vs Standard.) From the Appsumo side, I see the main difference is from 12 to 24 attendees. On the Vivomeetings site, it looks like the audio (Premium audio conferencing), Speaker spotlight & audio conferencing seem to be the only differences that I can see. If I’m correct, is the Premium audio conferencing worth the difference if that was the only difference I was worried about?

Also, it may be difficult for you to be sure, but do you know how long these deals will be available on Appsumo? For purchasing additional webinar attendees, where it says on the website: ‘To purchase these add-on plans, you must have at least one licensed user on the Plus or Pro plan.’, is that literally just for monthly purchasers of these plans or does it include the equivalent Lifetime Appsumo levels e.g. On Tier 7.
You're welcome. You cannot purchase any add-on with the lifetime deal. Add-ons are available only with subscription plans. With the Pro plan (tier 7), it includes Webinar 500 for free.
