Therefore, can you confirm how many users we would get with Plan 1 and Plan 2 please? Is it just the 1 user? I appreciate your standard monthly pricing is so much more than the one off lifetime deal, but as a small business with a smaller budget, I don't mind paying the one off fees for such great software.

Hi Jigar, Thanks for the prompt response. I took your suggestion and tried the free-trial, as much as I like the simplicity and straight forwardness of the UI experience. Unfortunately, the testing of the recording videos did not work for me. I tried a few times and when I stopped the recording or the timer ran out the page kept freezing and was unresponsive & the submission didnt go through.

Regarding the video recording issue: it might be related to your browser's cache or cookies. Could you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then test the recording again? Sometimes, stored data can interfere with performance, and this usually helps resolve it.
Secondly, once we delete submissions via the platform, is the data deleted from your servers as well? Or are copies of submissions still being held with you.
