I love ZipChat as WooCommerce and WordPress user

I love ZipChat as WooCommerce and WordPress user. ZipChat is simple to train and start using. The tool is solid and push out-of-the-box some nice answers. I keep training the AI with more documents and sources, since I noticed an even better understanding and output. ZipChat feels like it kan handle the presales questions on my WooCommerce WordPress shop.
The social media reply integration is outstanding. Direct AI answers to social inbox questions.
The support email answers installation is in process, looks promissing.
I just hope that WooCommerce users and the WordPress website users will not be left behind during develpment rollouts. Lastly, seems it testing the AI a task could be standardized. Overal did I notice great outputs of ZipChat after the initial AI training with specific link uploads. Great product.

Mix Feelings

I’ve been testing Zipchat and, honestly, I have mixed feelings about the platform. It offers some strong advantages, such as ease of use, good AI behaviour and very simple setup, but it also lacks a few important features and the support hasn’t been as fast as expected.
Among the limitations, the one that stands out the most is the inability to embed links within text or highlight parts of a message in bold in campaign flows — something I consider essential. Also, the {{product_title}} variable does not work properly on websites running WooCommerce.
The reporting module is, let’s say, somewhat unusual. This is what they state: 'In the beginning of each month, we will generate a report for each chat that had 10 conversations during the previous month.' This is simply not acceptable.
In summary: yes, the platform has solid potential considering the price–quality ratio, but there are several aspects that need improvement — not only these, but others mentioned in previous reviews as well.
I’ll continue testing it until the 59-day mark and then decide whether I should activate the money‑back guarantee.
