Same concern with me. I want to fully invest with a solid team and strong sustainability.

It's very concerning that deals can and do get devalued in the future. Vendors effectively get inancial backing and investors should get what the LTD deal promises and not have to worry about if deals are going to get devalued in the future. It's happened to me in the past on a least a couple of deals - if it happens too often what's the point of these deals.

I don't know how they are working but i must say that they are not following the roadmap, whenever you ask them about any integration they say add it to the roadmap and if it gets most likes then it will be added, but there are couple of integrations which has most of the likes but still not added. This is very concerning about this company, they are way way more behind then any automation company...
