Why has my unused Acumbamail account been blocked even though I have not sent any emails or uploaded lists, and how can I resolve this issue to use the account I paid for?

Q: How can you exclude a list from a campaign.

I use campaigns to invite members to subscribe to an event and when I want to sent a reminder I do not want to sent it to members that have already subscribed.

A: Hello,
if you can identify the customers who have accepted the event through a field, for exaple, the easiest way to send the campaign is to create a segment to send to all those who dont contain X information in the field.
