No other reason except inactivity. It just got restored. But it's such a hassle . Can you please clarify how active I need to be for my account to remain active always . Like will one campaign a month suffice or once a fortnight or whatver , can you clarify ?

A: WhatsApp works through a Meta integration, so WhatsApp contacts are managed separately from email contacts.
You can only send WhatsApp messages to contacts available through that integration. Drip messages will depend on the WhatsApp/Meta setup.

How many domains can we add to an account? Say Tier 5 or 6.

You can add as many domains as you need to your account, regardless of whether you are on Tier 5 or Tier 6.
Regarding the agency feature, each account can have only one agency account.
