Hello, I have a question regarding the statistics for my automations. Is there a way to see how the open/click rate has changed over time? Also, when I go to Reports and select an automation to view its metrics, it opens a Summary window showing the open and click rates (looks same for the regular email campaigns). However, I’m not sure whether these metrics reflect the overall data since the automation was first set up (and are approximate), or if they represent something else. Thank you!

A: Hello, You can do this in the Notifications section of the list associated with the form , set Verification email > Off. However, we don’t recommend doing this, as it may result in low quality email (subcribers) being added to your list.
Hello, I have a question. I use a SaaS (booking software), and I sometimes export new lists before sending newsletters (not a best practice, but sometimes we must do that). If someone unsubscribes, and I accidentally import their email again, will Acumba remember that they’ve unsubscribed, or is there a chance they could start receiving newsletters again if we don’t manually remove them?

A: Hello, For your piece of mind, unsubscribes are global by default, so if a subscriber has previously unsubscribed in a past campaign, they will retain their unsubscribed status upon import. You can work with this behavior in mind.

Hi Maria, it's been a week since I last heard from you here. I’m beginning to wonder if LTD buyers are at the bottom of the priority list. Unfortunately, it’s now been around 10 days since I reached out to Acumbamail support through two different accounts, and I still haven't received any response or resolution.
That's really weird and surprising. I sent two emails to your support from different accounts 3 weeks back, and left a comment to your note a couple of weeks back, but Acumbamail hasn't responded at all. Are LTD customers being abandoned?
We haven't heard from Acumbamail in three weeks. We sent them support emails from two accounts and reminded them here, but they never replied, even though they claimed they might have.
