A: Hello, if you can identify the customers who have accepted the event through a field, for exaple, the easiest way to send the campaign is to create a segment to send to all those who dont contain X information in the field.
Ok thank you but that is not helpful as we need to manually do that as we use the same list over and over again for different purposes. Is there not a solution to just exclude lists from a campaign, surely this cannot be so hard to develop?
