Support has been unresponsive despite multiple emails; I finally received a reply this morning, but it didn’t address my questions. Need urgent resolution: 1. Agency Feature Activation – Please confirm if the Agency feature is active. The label shows, but I cannot add users. If inactive, activate ASAP.
2. Adding User Issue When a team member added at Viewer level, they received the same full access as Master Admin. This should not happen. Master Admin should retain full access, while other users must be restricted according to their role.
3. User Assignment by Brand Currently cannot assign users to brands. Is this due to Agency not being fully active? Please confirm.
4. Campaigns by Brand Once resolved, we expect to create separate campaigns and white-label each brand. Please confirm this is correct Agency functionality.
Hi, you have been on appsumo multiple times now. I always worry about companies who come on here too often if they have a sustainable income source outside of appsumo. Most who don't end up folding which means the LTD buys lose out completely.
So, my main question is if I had purchased one of your plans previously, and I purchase again in your new campaign on appsumo, will the credit be added to my existing account? In other words will my existing account allowance get upgraded with new limits? Thanks. Sye
