Hello, Looks like a promising SaaS I have been waiting for, two separate questions: 1- Does it support Arabic language in each supported channel ? 2- in Tier 3 25 agents per workflow, how many workflows, knowing that I'm thinking of gifting it to few websites of my clients ?
My knowledge base is built into my site: https://cloudmonitor.ai/docs/ - I don't want to use a different kb.
I then want to add a helpdesk ticketing system on top of that where the agent can index my support desk content and help users find the answers they need, or it can handoff to ticketing system. Can this do that? There seems to be about 8 different AI Chatbots on AppSumo and I am trying...
I checked out DM Chat on AppSumo it has very similar AI auto-ticketing and auto-booking features. I’m also interested in AnyChat, but their support is really slow (4+ days without a reply).
Also wondering if they’re connected to Andrew ActiveChat from Ukraine. I had a bad experience with the ActiveChat AppSumo deal back then after the plan changes.
I’m evaluating AnyChat for my agency (dentists, gyms, real estate, restaurants) and wanted to understand your roadmap.
Do you plan to add AI that can dynamically qualify leads (budget, intent, urgency)? Will the chatbot handle sales conversations like objections and conversion guidance? Are automated follow-ups (non-responders, no bookings) planned? Any plans for native booking...
