Q: Attaching Documents to a Template, (Date Issue), Create a Document move it to Template
Hello, I have 3 questions First being can you let me know if this will have the ability to attach documents in the template such as adding an attachment, (Photo, PDF) inside of the template area. [time that this will come to fruition] This is a huge thing that if as an example an ID needs to be attached to the document, they can simply click on the attachment & have it be uploaded to it.
I would also like to see the date as a required field, but it is something that they can input, it also should show the full date format, (February 18, 2025) I am not sure in the current format but for ease of use this should be adjusted to make it easy & transparent, with other date formats. Some dates are not today.
I would also want to see a document that I have made have the ability to "Move to Template" option on this that should be simple to do.

Hello, I purchased this a while ago and actually refunded it becuase it seemed very new and bare of features.
Am I able to scan a document, upload and customize the options (click of check boxes, make some notes, add name and address etc) and then send off for signatures?
Ideally I would just want to upload some and make them into templates so I could just fill them out and send them off for signing. I wrote an email to Breezedoc a few weeks ago and not sure if I heard back or I may have jusy missed it. Please let me know if I can use Breezedoc as described so I can re-purchase or find an alternative thank you very much.
You can upload any type of document to BreezeDoc that needs signing or filling in details by another party. You can also save your documents as templates for future usage!

Hi! LOVE that invoices are now implemented. In order for this to 100% replace what I'm currently using, I need to know if the following is available for invoices:
- Partial payments - Payment schedules (equal payments over a # of months) - Custom payment schedules - Creating invoices with optional items, such as adding on a coaching session.
Would love to know if these things are available, or on the horizon!
Also, any plans for quotes to follow a quote > contract > invoice workflow?

I purchased this product specifically for its invoicing functionality and would love to see a few improvements to make it more complete.
Please consider adding the following features: - automated monthly invoice generation, - multilingual invoice templates for clients in different regions, and support for bank transfers alongside Stripe.
It would also be great to include recurring billing profiles with customizable cycles and reminders, advanced tax and VAT configuration with multiple rates, and the ability to automatically send invoices as PDFs via email with custom templates.
Lastly, multi-currency support (EUR, BGN, RON) would be a valuable addition for businesses working with international clients. These features would greatly improve the invoicing experience and overall usability.

1. Our API's are very basic ones in BreezeDoc, and we are looking into investing more in those in the future. We currently only have this basic page with some light endpoint documentation here: https://breezedoc.com/developer/docs/. Perhaps this can help.
2. While BreezeDoc still has no option to send password-protected files, once the signing is completed, you will get an activity report, and all parties will be able to download the signed, finalized document.
3. We are certainly looking into adding another tier with more than 100 documents per month in the future.
I received an email today, where you wrote that breezedoc has "No Branding/whirtlabel for Agency Plan customers". I only can change the Logo, but the Domain of the document and the email are still from BreezedDoc?? When will the Update be live?
I changed the language to German, but when I want to send the document, the standard text in the email is still english?
BreezeDoc no branding involves the removal of our branding from your account and your correspondence with your signees. This doesn't involve a custom domain and a custom email address setup.

The order of signatures is controlled by the order of the parties in the document you are preparing for signing. So Party 1, Party 2, etc. Email with the document for signing will be sent in that order to all listed parties. Your witness should be the very last person to sign the document.

Q: Is there an automatic time stamp option for e-signings?
When sending out an e-sign request, we often require the date and time next to it. Is there a way to drop those boxes so it automatically captures the date and time the recipient / signer actually signs the doc?
Next to each document you send for signing, on the right-hand side, you will see a few functions, and among them is the "Activity" function. Clicking on that link will open a new window that shows the activity and timeline of each activity for the current document. You may download the full report along with time stamps for each activity from that page.

At this time we are still in the testing phase of the integration, so this is the reason you cannot find the app directly in Zapier.

I have a client intake form and also a consent form that is merged together but each segment has to be signed separately as acknowledgement. I sent a test copy to myself but it stalled at the end at the 2nd signature. Is that because I have requested for the recipient to sign each segment which makes it TWO signatures even through it is only one recipient?
Apart from that, I am loving this as an easy way to get clients to sign and return the documents to me promptly without the laments of - I have no printer, I can't access the form etc etc
