Q: Requested feature / Suggestion

It would be really nice to be able to edit the "thank you" page text & add additional info/text.
The "Good Job" message is not really appropriate for our industry....

Q: Security and encryption

Hi, I read some of the questions and answers and realize that some of the security measures might be an overload for these application like for example HIPPA compliance.
But I was not able to find what type of compliance you guys adhere to.
Is there some sort of encryption or a compliance standard like E-Sign Act?
What plans in the near future would you also have to increase security to open up this application for people with sensitive documentation.

When building the product, we considered the "The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign Act)" in the U.S.

We built the product with an activity log/audit trail, unique links, defined email sendability, and other features with this consideration in mind.

Combined with our terms of service and privacy policy, BreezeDoc may be usable in many situations for your documents and agreements (especially if you're a freelancer, consultant, contractor, and more).

Of course, we still recommend you talk to your legal professional. Local laws and regulations vary wildly, and it would be impossible for us to say if it works without knowing you and your exact situation.

Because we focused on the U.S. market of solopreneurs, freelancers, and others in the startup/tech space, that means we did not build specifically for advanced regulations or international considerations. This means we did not focus on eIDAS, AES, QES, HIPAA, GDPR, and other "advanced" requirements right now.

Despite that, you may still be able to use BreezeDoc in non-U.S./advanced situations—but we cannot guarantee it.
We may consider advanced/international regulations in the future.

And remember, you can always give BreezeDoc a try if you're not sure and refund it if it doesn't work for you with our best-in-class 60-day refund guarantee.

Q: When you say no branding, what do you mean?

Hello, just brought the deal with the tier 2 with no branding option but, you see the branding everywhere, are you misleading us?
You see the branding on email, template and worst, at the end of each signature you ask our clients to sign up with BreezeDoc so, can you explain in more details what "No Branding" means in the tier 2? Did I miss something?

If upgrading from Tier 1 ($29) to Tier 2 ($59) to you have to pay the difference ($30) or do you have to pay $59 when you have already paid the $29?

Q: Account issues and signature issues

My purchase was for Tier 4, yet my login indicates Tier 1. Additionally, only one signature is permitted. Adding a second signature results in a message stating my plan does not support this feature. Please clarify.

Q: "No Branding on agency the new plan" but i see branding all over

Can you indicate what does "No branding mean" Im sorry but i bought this deal "Again" because I saw that there was "Non branding" however, I see branding very heavy on the emails, including at the top-left corner of each page where the signing document is hosted.

Am i missing something here, Is there a place to "Upload my logo" to replace the breezedoc logo? Maybe im just not finding it.

Please clarify?

Q: My White Label Upgrade - Still on the Original Plan please upgrade me asap

Hi Breeze Doc team,

Hope you're having a great day!

I noticed my plan was updated, and the email said I had the white label option. However, when I logged in, it looks like I'm still on the original plan. I'm an early adopter and invested in this product, so I'd really appreciate it if you could help me get the full upgraded plan. Currently, I'm only able to send 40 docs a month, which is a bit limiting.

Could you please advise on how to get the upgraded plan activated?

Yup, this is very exciting news: *Any* user who bought a "Custom Logo" tier (current Tier 2, Legacy Tier 4) was upgraded to no branding yesterday at NO EXTRA COST. 🕺

If you're not seeing no branding, it's either you have multiple BreezeDoc accounts (and you're checking the wrong one) or there's a bug. As mentioned in the community guidelines, the best way to get help/feedback is to email support@breezedoc.com. We cannot solve technical issues in the Q&A area as we don't have the proper details/information on users in this public forum.

Q: Spam Filter

Hello, I tried sending various emails to support with no respond. I recently purchased Breezedoc, but noticed that when I send send out a contract, it goes to their spam folder. When I send them an email it goes directly to their inbox. Do I have to do anything to the DNS MX record to be able to send documents from breezedoc?

BreezeDoc's email system is powered by best-in-class SendGrid system in the backend. It's on a highly-ranked IP address, and we regularly monitor for any issues. At the exact moment I'm tying this, Google also ranks our breezedoc.com domain as "High" reputation on deliverability.

If an email went into spam, it's a rarity — and it may be based on trigger words used in the email. So I would verify if you're using a custom email that you're not using any spam trigger words (which you can Google/ask ChatGPT).

Q: Is there a plan to remove the Breezedoc logo from documents for Agency Tier users?

I read lots of reviews that the Breezedoc logo appears on each document that's signed through Breezedoc. This is not done! Many of your customers are using Breezedoc to send & sign official legal documents/contracts. I understand you want to promote Breezedoc, but it's highly unprofessional to do this through a logo on official documents of your own customers, who in return send these as their official documents-to-sign to their customers. In Europe e.g. placing a logo of a legally unaffiliated organization on original to-be-signed documents may breach compliancy with local laws, and as such your Breezedoc's service becomes useless.

When are you planning on removing such a logo from an Agency Tier license, which should be full white label. It should not be a complicated fix software-wise!!
