Hello i was looking for a support chat to send in, I had breezedoc a while back but decided today to purchase tier 3, its not upgrading my account can someone please assist! Super pumped to use the apis !
In the first two sendings I have made, it is only sent to the first recipient. In order to send it to the rest of the recipients, you have to click on the send button one by one.
Is this correct?
I understand that it is not. But it has already happened to me on the two occasions that I have tried. That's why I don't know if there could be a possible error or malfunction.
How do we get support for this app? There is no "Help" or "Support" or "Chat" in the app at all. I have a document that I need to sign and once I click the "Confirm and send signed document" nothing happens. Looking in the console, I see that there is an error message with "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()"
Hi is it possible to edit some fields (let's say text field) in a pdf before sending the request for signatures? That way it would be pre-populated for the recipient and making everyone's life easier. Thank you
At this time it is not possible to fill in text boxes prior to sending document for signing. The reason for that is because these fields are added for one party to input an address or email details, for example, while the entire document should be preset with the required text before uploading to the app. We do understand that this...
I have the same question. Seems like the 'template' feature isn't terribly useful unless we can do this. It feels like a pretty significant missing step - being able to pre-fill before send.
I added as a feature request - a shorter term solution would be to allow sending only to yourself first - to fill out the extra data, before then adding and sending to subsequent signers.
