Q: Can not receive verification code??

We are locked out even though we have our email and password and have requested literally dozens of verification codes to be emailed to us now any none have ever arrived in our inbox - we are completely locked out. Reached out to support and no answer for the last 6 days. Please help!

Please check your spam/junk folder for emails from BreezeDoc, as verification codes can sometimes end up there. Also try adding [email protected] to your contacts and requesting the code again.

Q: Does Agency allow more than one business?

With the Agency plan, am I able to use different logos for different businesses (I have 2 businesses) within the same account? It's not often I need documents signed, but this would be helpful.

Currently, BreezeDoc supports one logo per account — the logo you upload in your settings applies to all documents you send, regardless of team setup.

If you need separate branding for each business, the best approach would be to create a separate BreezeDoc account for each company. That way each one gets its own logo, branding, and document management. Since you mentioned you don't send...

Q: bulk initial setup

how can we set initials on each page in bulk?
It's unbelievable to not have that option.

You're right that currently, initials fields need to be placed page by page — there isn't a "bulk add to all pages" option yet. We understand this is tedious for longer documents and appreciate the feedback.

One thing that may help: once a signer fills in their initials on one field, BreezeDoc automatically syncs that value to all other initials fields in the document — so...

Q: Remove Field Title From Documents

I've added text fields to my document prior to signature, but they say "Text" as well as the word is on the document over text of my pdf. It's causing my contract to look very unprofessional and I don't want to use it.

The word "Text" you're seeing is the default field label — BreezeDoc shows the field type name as a label so signers know what to fill in. The good news is you can change this!

When editing your document, click on the text field to open its settings, and you'll see a Label input. You can either:
