Q: Emails are not sending to clients!?

This system seems broken as have performed several tests...

Considering this is the primary function of the product could we get an update asap please.

Having to send manual contract links defeats the usability of this product.

Q: White-label / Remove AppSumo branding from footer?

hello Sumo team,

I’m currently using BreezeDoc and had a question about branding/white-labeling.

The documents/footer includes AppSumo branding (e.g., “Part of the AppSumo family…”). For higher tiers, is there an option (or any plans) to remove or hide this footer branding?

This is important for client-facing use, where a fully white-labeled experience is needed.

Q: I am not recieving the document signature emails

Hi,
I have a license from SppSumo. I noticed that BreezeDoc is not sending the notification emails to the signers.
I tried sending emails with different documents and templates, and to signers on different domains, but no one is receiving them.

Please advise.

Q: Breezedoc not working AGAIN ?????

Why is Breezedoc down AGAIN? Can't log in and your verification codes are not being processed. This needs to be resolved ASAP.

As a first step, please try logging in from an incognito or private browser window — that rules out cached session data and browser extensions, which are the most common cause of "worked yesterday, broken today" login issues. If you have a second browser available, testing there is an even cleaner check.
