Normal/purchased pay-as-send credits do not expire until you use them and have no monthly limits. I have a legitimate marketing company that needs this service for an app it owns, but both postmark and sendgrid auto-denied the account. A: Hi there,
You need to endure that you are following our Acceptable Use Policy and you do not cold-email. (You have to have a valid consent to send marketing emails, and transactional emails need to be trigger by the user itself.)
This was previously answered by Jiří Žižka who said you can use Emailit for your app’s verification and password-reset emails as long as you follow the Acceptable Use Policy (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.). What's the default retention period without the 'Data Retention' addon? How long the transactional email sent, delivered, open, etc logs are kept for?

Coming up next: Every workspace will retain data for internal use, typically for 3-14 days, and a minimum of 1 day.
Data retention addon allows you to set between 1-365 days to keep your data available, so it gives you to option to define how long to persist it.

Q: Do monthly credits accumulate?
For example, if I don’t use my 100k credits this month, will it accumulate until next month? And do credits have any expiration? Thanks
