Q: AppSumo vs. Direct Differences

Besides the fact that the Tiers are monthly credits, what is the benefit of getting any Tier compared to going directly to the website? I ask because on the pricing page in the FAQs section, you see the following:

"There are no limits based on users, sending domains, or credentials. You have full access to all core features."

It takes Tier 3 to get Unlimited sending domains, but none of the...

Our packages are not recurring, it is one time.

Q: where do email replies go?

I understand that once you verify your sending domain you can send email from anything@sendingdomain.com using EmailIt's SMTP server settings.

But if EmailIt doesn't provide email inboxes, after our customer receives the email from us, if they reply to our email, where does it go?

A: Hi there,

The replies would default go to anything@sendingdomain.com, as you can still have MX records on the APEX/ROOT for your inbox provider.

If you do not have any, you can just set Reply-To header.

Q: EmailIt's own email went into spam folder

Hi we are new customers. When I added a team member to EmailIt, they couldn't find the verification email from EmailIt. Then I told them to check their spam folder and sure enough, it was there. Furthermore, there was a stark warning message that he should not click the link because it was a malicious site (or something like that, I don't remember exactly).

This made him uncomfortable but I told...

A: Hi there,

Not sure as we have no reports of ending up in spam.

This can also be caused by lot of different kinds of setting on the inbox itself.

You can try sending us the inbox provider the users used to support@emailit.com so we can take a look.

Q: Monitoring Blacklists

I noticed you've had a few bad 1-star reviews lately.
And people mentioned blacklist blocking, including issues with Outlook.

This can be managed, but you need to have constant RBL monitoring, preferably every 1-hour.

A good solution for this is: RBLtracker.com
I saw that it also has some support for Outlook.com.

This should solve your problems if you monitor it and unsubscribe from BL quickly.

A: Hi Jack,

We had one customer who misused our platform in one of our shared IP pool. He was blocked almost instantly, but it impacted delivery rates to Microsoft servers for 4-5 days within that IP pool.

The IP pool was not blacklisted. Only Microsoft servers delayed and rate limited messages within this IP pool.

We do monitor all our IP pools and the only IP pool that is on the blacklists...
