I am not sure what you mean by forwarding emails.
If what you need is to be able to see the replies - you can set Reply-To header, and all replies will be directed to that address.
Second question: after the deal ends, you can buy packages - if I need an additional workspace for an end customer, that would be the way to go, correct?
A dedicated IP could then be activated across the workspaces, but the other add-ons are workspace-bound, meaning you have to rebook each one, correct?
Then I would consider stocking up on Tier 2 accounts with lifetime retention add-ons - if a...

A: You can always add more workspaces and buy then credits from our retail pricing.
You can stock up licenses as well and the addon is always connected to one license.
You're on the countdown now, and that surprised me a little bit - are you leaving AppSumo, or is it just to change the deal? You hinted that the automation plugin will be released in January and that there might be an add-on offer similar to Data Retention, so I would have thought that the end of the deal would come at the end of January.

As to automations, those are not released, yet. So we do not have any more information at this time.
Our financial situation has been and remains positive from the start. We came to AppSumo to get the initial feedback and test our whole platform's stability and performance. Based on that, we have improved Emailit in every aspect, and we are reaching a point where it is no longer needed.

And I am confused... In usage, what are those :

"Current Month - Your current monthly usage."

The DKIM needs to be whole, in the cPanel you can add extra string to the record.
We do not provide email inbox, we are email sending platform.
Credits are use to send or verify emails. ( the license gives you free monthly usage.
