Why I cannot login?

A: Hi there,

If you click login and get no error message it usually means that the account does not exist.

Could be under different email address.

TL;DR: The new Workspace Verification is actually what you need. This is a sign that Emailit actually cares about spam and users who misuse the platform. Why? To ensure all the well warmed IP pools are actually reputable, so that your email is received 99,99% of the time by your customers.

Emailit IS NOT supposed to be used for cold emailing....

We are not being mean (at least not intentionally), our team is not English native, and we do our maximum to be helpful at all times.

We are an EU based company, with strict GDPR rules, ToS and Privacy policy. So no need to be worried.

As with any other product out here, we have our own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

The newly released in app workspace verification, is nothing but making sure that each customer reads those Acceptable Use Policies, understands them, and their sending practices follow them, nothing else.

No emailing platform is done for "quick launch", the workspace...

Q: Chaos and unprofessional service regarding email blocks

Why do you keep claiming that my emails are blocked, only to say a moment later that they aren't? Why are you constantly changing your story instead of providing reliable information to your customers? This is a complete mess.

I’ve been reading dozens of negative reviews about you, and it seems they are all true because there is always something wrong with emailit.com. Get your act together! Start acting professionally instead of just hitting us with constant blocks, verifications, and blacklisted/spam IPs!
