That is correct, it includes our SMTP and API what you can use to send emails.

I am not sure what you mean by forwarding emails.
If what you need is to be able to see the replies - you can set Reply-To header, and all replies will be directed to that address.
Second question: after the deal ends, you can buy packages - if I need an additional workspace for an end customer, that would be the way to go, correct?
A dedicated IP could then be activated across the workspaces, but the other add-ons are workspace-bound, meaning you have to rebook each one, correct?
Then I would consider stocking up on Tier 2 accounts with lifetime retention add-ons - if a...

You can stock up licenses as well and the addon is always connected to one license.

The DKIM do not want to be verified, my cPanel say it is too long (when I add a domain)
How do I add a mailbox (an user)
And I am confused... In usage, what are those :
"Email Credits - Your current email credits state."
"Current Month - Your current monthly usage."

The DKIM needs to be whole, in the cPanel you can add extra string to the record.
We do not provide email inbox, we are email sending platform.
Credits are use to send or verify emails. ( the license gives you free monthly usage.
