My agency sends post-purchase transactional emails to opted-in customers on behalf of licensed gun shops in the US.
Is this use case allowed on Emailit? Wanna be sure before I invest. Thx!

A: Hi Jack,
This would probably fall under illegal goods, as we are a global platform, and guns and such usually fall under licensing and are fixed to the location. Unfortunately, in emailing, this is hard to limit to a specific area, so I would not recommend using Emailit for this, as it might result in suspension.
Can I press this a bit further? We only ask a licensed retailer's customer if they want to review a legal item they already bought. And we don't collect any order info, only first name, last name, and email. Please reconsider, I'd love to use Emailit :)
Q: Do I need to get it reactivated if there is a period of inactivity on my account for some time?
I have purchased this now and got it verified, and everything is working fine. However, my plan to use it lies somewhere between two or three months, maybe even four months down the line.
The question I want to ask is that there is another email service I had purchased here, and after using it for some time there was an inactive period of four or five months. When I logged in again after this...
In your dashboard, I can see you offer top‑up email credits. I just want to understand a few things about it. 1. Will these top‑ups ever expire? 2. And how are they used? Suppose I have purchased a certain number of top‑up credits, and these are in my account. When my month starts, will the platform first use my monthly quota and then the top‑up credits, or something else? Could you please elaborate on this? Thank you.

A: Hi there,
1/ No expiration.
2/ Exactly, they will be used as over-quota for the month if needed more than the license allows.
If we purchase multiple Tier 1, for example, to use it for separate purchase, how does the process of redemption of each Tier purchase work?
Example, I have created an account during the redemption of say a Tier 3 license/purchase. Do I create a new Workspace under the existing account and then redeem, say a Tier 1 I purchased and so on for more workspaces and assign another license/purchase?
Thanks, Anil

A: Hi there,
Yes, you can create different workspace under this account and select it during the activation.
MailerLogic also describes itself as an alternative to SendGrid. I def think you should take a peek at them to see what features/functions from theirs you can better/improve to incorporate into your own tool. Keep up the good work!

We have no such thing at this time.
So it will work the same as now.

Q: RE SENDGRID vs EMAILIT
What is the CORE benefit/advantage you have over SendGrid? Beyond SendGrid, who else would you pitch as your direct competitor?

Jun 4, 2026A: Hi there,
We have pretty much similar features, focused overall to be more simple.
Other competitors: Resend, Amazon SES, Mailgun
