Q: Does Lapsula work for multiple time zones?

Hi, I am interested, but I read one of the reviews that said that your product doesn't work for multiple time zones. I would be working with customers in different time zones so I need to know if it can work in different time zones specially if I'm using something like Zoom or something similar?
Secondly, I've come across a couple of apps that I have been made in Spanish-speaking countries where...

Lapsula now displays times on the booking page on the customer's time zone, for services that take place online.

We are starting to release documentation in all the supported languages (English, Spanish, Italian, Catalan), and we provide support in all these languages as well.

Q: Translations, calndar setup and notification emails

Hey

First question: Do you guys have notification emails going out to clients prior and after the booking to resheduele and callback?
Second: Would there be an option to also add Estonian language to the mix?
Third: Is the calendar setup made with default timing slots or is there an option to individually change each day if needed?

A: Hi there! 👋

We do send "pending approval" and booking confirmation notifications via email, which include cancel/reschedule links.

Regarding Estonian, I'm noting it so we can add it in the next release of translations for the public pages and customer notifications.

And regarding slots, they can be individually changed from the "Schedules" section, or by defining busy time in your Google...

Q: Does it suitable for booking table restaurant?

I wouldn't advice using Lapsula for restaurant table reservations. Some people use it for that use case, but the application features are aimed at health, wellness, and professional services.
