Q: Sobre SMS

Hola, estoy considerando adquirir Lapsula. Antes de adquirir un software verifico mis dudas con la información proveída. Es muy poco o nada lo que se informa con relación a los SMS, mis preguntas son: cuál es el limite mensual de envíos de SMS?, y si los mensajes de SMS es con una integración externa?. Gracias.

Q: Zoho Workspace

Sorry, I have a few questions.
I see you integrate with Google workspace/email. Do you work with Zoho? We currently use Zoho mail and a few other apps within the Zoho workspace. I wondered whether this booking system could integrate with that?
Also will this software be able to cope with a clinic with 3 - 4 treatment rooms and a couple of studios for group classes?
Does it track what hours/appointments different staff have worked to assist with paying staff commission rates etc?

Regarding your use case, we have many clinics on our platform with a similar setup, so it should work well for you. We offer a reporting feature that you can enable under "Settings" > "Plugins & Integrations" to help you track the workload assigned to every member of the clinic.
