Is there any update on WhatsApp? I saw that someone asked about it and is still waiting for a response. It seems like there haven’t been many updates with their platform, or at least that’s how it looks.

A: To integrate with WhatsApp, I believe it is best to use a third party, like Twilio. And technically you should be able to do that in the app now, since all that’s required is a messaging service. I haven’t checked that yet. But I think you can pull that off with a Twilio account. Are you familiar?
Q: Import Reviews Automatically from Many Review Sites
The Google integration is great! I've found that for many businesses, there's a particular review site or two that's very important in their specialty. All together, there are perhaps two dozen such sites. I want to be able to import reviews from these sites for display on my customer's site. A: I will look into building an all-in-1 AI scraper this week. But you can point any AI agent to a website now, and using the MCP, it can probably pull in the reviews for you.
Q: Can this support Google Review widgets across 300+ different client websites?
We manage 300+ client websites. We need one project per client, each connected to a different Google Business Profile, with a unique embed code so new reviews automatically appear without manually updating the website.

Hi there, my scenario is am running multiple directories with listings. The directory theme provided reviews is not so great and so am exploring if good reviews can be used to embed reviews link to multiple distinct businesses listings within each online directory and have multiple such online directories. Assuming it works. Considering upgrading to 3 codes if this scenario works.

A: Yes, you can set up multiple projects, where each project is a client/business. Each one has its own review page, domain, widgets, etc.
I'm very interested in your app. Unfortunately, SMS is not a valid option where I am - review requests should be sent by Whatsapp. You announced the integration of Whatsapp for sometimes in 2025. Has it been integrated yet? Thanks for letting me know. Kind regards.
