1 & 2. The "Related Memo in AI Chat" feature automatically retrieves the most relevant notes based on your question. Through our testing, using the top 8 related memos consistently delivered the best balance between relevance and answer quality. Interestingly, including more notes doesn't necessarily improve results—in many cases it can actually make the AI less focused.
I have a library of 200‑gigabyte PDF and Word document files. Can myMIMO support uploading them? Is there a storage limit?

It would be so much more useful if a Mymemo MCP comes out for Chatgpt and Claude, so i can chat with the AI what i saved the last days, weeks or months. An MCP would be a game changer for using MyMemo AI. Is this maybe in the pipeline and do you have an estimated tiemline for it? Thank you

We're actively working on MCP support, and we agree that being able to access and chat with your MyMemo knowledge directly from ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools would be a powerful experience.
Hi, this is driving me nuts. I'm trying to use my memo effectively, and I'm constantly being logged out of the browser and the plugin. Not only that, it nags me to log back in again, and I have to log into them both separately. Can somebody please explain why this is? It's the same with that app on my iPhone and Android too.

A: Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. For security reasons, MyMemo currently keeps users logged in for up to 2 weeks before requiring re-login.

This is from the iOS app store (iPhone 13, newest iOS 26.4.2). I am logged into the app with my account but no matter where I press or what I do in MyMemo app, I get a pop up with that error and I can't see my saved memories, files or anything
