I'm interested in purchasing T5, but want to clarify for audio engineering workflows, does your current 'Music Creation' node support full track structuring (verse/chorus tags), vocal generation, and stem separation (isolating the instrumental) like Suno and Udio do? Or is it primarily designed for generating shorter instrumental background loops to feed into the video models?

Please email us at [email protected] from the address you use to sign in, so we can find your account and help right away. If the login code doesn't arrive, please also check your Spam and Promotions folders. Some email providers (for example web.de, GMX or Proton) sometimes block our emails.
You are not the only one waiting for response :( I also submitted a question about the TTS model and have been waiting for a response for about a week now. Unfortunately, support doesn’t seem very reliable at the moment. Until I receive an answer I hesitate to upgrade to a higher Tier.
Before I upgrade to Tier 5, I need clarity on how your ToS treats AI agents. Browser agents like Claude or GPT in Chrome, Perplexity Comet now click through sites for their user and your automated-access language seems written before they existed.

A: Hi! Thanks for the thoughtful question. Our current Terms of Use (section 6.2) don't allow using automated means to access the Services, and we don't provide API or MCP access within the AppSumo deal. We'd recommend using the platform directly for now. We understand agents are becoming part of creative workflows, and we'll share an update if anything changes in our Terms.
