The reason is that their GPT Image 2.0 cannot create a transparent background. And it takes about 5 minutes to create an image.
It seams that they use a very cheap model in the background instead of the expensive GPT Image 2.0.

The model DOES support transparent backgrounds!
And the model is much faster on other tools and the OpenAI API.
