I try to contact the support since weeks. No respond.
The reason is that their GPT Image 2.0 cannot create a transparent background. And it takes about 5 minutes to create an image.
It seams that they use a very cheap model in the background instead of the expensive GPT Image 2.0.
How can I get support Physical+?
