Q: Wordpress integration

We would mainly be using this on wordpresss sites. Does this offer have that functionality? And can it be used without OpenAi?

A: Hi there,

If you want to use it on a WordPress site AND you want to sync it with WordPress AND you are ok with a longer setup (notifications, emails, WhatsApp \ Instagram integration), the WordPress version could be better.

The cloud version (AppSumo) is more easy to setup but it does not include the WP integrations of the WP version (WooCommerce app, extended user synching, etc). Said...

Q: Is it possible to use 2 languages at the same time?

Hi,
I am using Support Board and loving it.
A question: I have two versions of my website, one in English and another in Portuguese. Is it possible with Tier 1 to set the widget in the two different languages to show the correct language in each version?
Or do I need two separate licences to do that?

Q: Issues faced when log in, redeem AppSumo code and reset my password

Hi , I’ve created an account on your platform, but I’m unable to log in, redeem my AppSumo code, or reset my password — the page just continuously loads with the spinning circle. I also tried reaching out via your website’s support form, but it shows the same issue.

Q: Appointment Reminder and Follow-up Automation

Hi,

Let’s say one of my team members or a bot agent books an appointment. Does Support Board have an option to trigger an automation to send a reminder message 24 hours before the appointment?

What about after the appointment? Is there an automation to request feedback or to send a thank-you message for working with us?

A: Hi,

Support Board is not an appointment system. Unfortuantely such features are not available.
You can request feedback and send a close message when you archive a conversation, but it is not related to booking appointments.
