Hi, I am using Support Board and loving it. A question: I have two versions of my website, one in English and another in Portuguese. Is it possible with Tier 1 to set the widget in the two different languages to show the correct language in each version? Or do I need two separate licences to do that?

Hi , I’ve created an account on your platform, but I’m unable to log in, redeem my AppSumo code, or reset my password — the page just continuously loads with the spinning circle. I also tried reaching out via your website’s support form, but it shows the same issue.
I have sent a support email. Please help to resolve it asap.
Let’s say one of my team members or a bot agent books an appointment. Does Support Board have an option to trigger an automation to send a reminder message 24 hours before the appointment?
What about after the appointment? Is there an automation to request feedback or to send a thank-you message for working with us?

Support Board is not an appointment system. Unfortuantely such features are not available. You can request feedback and send a close message when you archive a conversation, but it is not related to booking appointments.
