Hi, Is there really no API access, even for the highest Tier ??? This product looks great but there's no way I'm exporting/importing CSV files in 2026. Would you consider adding API access for an extra one time fee?

I am interested in Tier 3, but I would like to clarify two points:
Message Limit: Does Plan 3 provide 30,000 messages per month included in the lifetime deal?
API Key (BYOK): Is it mandatory to use my own OpenAI API key to use these messages, or is the AI cost covered by the plan as long as I stay within the 30,000 limit?

Message limit: When using Plan 3, your account is provided with a capacity of 30,000 message processing allowance per month. This does not include any AI usage. This limit is in place to prevent abuse and allow fair usage of our platform because we will have to process those messages, and pay for network, storage, bandwidth and maintenance costs besides other...

No, I mean uploading a video that is used to train the chatbot (as I can do with the current platform I use). I have many workshops saved as video or audio files that I would like to use to train my Chatbot so I wondered if you ever plan to have this as a format as well as docs and PDFs.
I believe we're saying the same thing. Does the current platform you use make use of only the audio of the video, or also the visuals, do you know?
It is more likely that we can support audio of the video, or just audio files, but I don't think we'll analyze the visuals/frames of a video anytime soon.
Ive been playing with Tiny Talk a bit and think its going to be a real time saver for our business. I currently have Tier 4, is it as simple as buying tier 3 and adding that into Tinytalk to take me up to the full Tier 7?
How do the number of characters work across each bot? Im assuming the characters are for all combined bots and not each?? Can you allocate so that they do not go over a set amount of characters?

Character limit is on the account level, so it is indeed shared by all bots combined, not for each. At the moment we don't offer allocation per bot, but this is something that comes up often and we hope to provide...

GPT 3.5? How in the past are you living here? I wouldn't use your product unless you're on Gemini 3.1, Cloud Sonnet 4.6, and Chat GPT 5.4.
