Will Appsumo plan holders get this feature when it's ready? If so, which users will get it? Without this feature I most likely will not buy or definitely ask for a refund.
This is the meat of your potential offering and without it, it has a lot less value.

After a candidate submits their application, there's a message asking them to contact their "employer". Can I change that message as it doesn't make sense?

Q: All tiers mapped to 'Launch Plan' - Bad intentions?
You have 3 plans on your website - Launch, Growth, Scale. How come all tiers in AppSumo are mapped to 'Launch', it seems to me like all valuable new features would either go to 'Growth' or to 'Scale', making the lifetime deal meaningless if it gets no updates.
Why not give Growth plan to T5+ users? (You can still try to lure people to Scale tier while granting LTD's decent functionality).
I'll be monitoring this to decide if I should go for a refund during the 60 days window.

Q: Xinterview Targeting SMBs? - well SMB's need one solution - to handle all our recruitment - could it be xinterview?
I have spent a couple of days exploring and must say - I can really see us using this. But there is one big BUT. We would not want to have two candidate hiring systems. That means we would need to accept cv's only - not all positions lend themselves to video hiring. Our cleaning / maintenance or finance roles for examples would not.
The best case scenario for us would be 1. To be able to optionally insert a welcome video for each job - explaining and convincing people what we are looking for. (yes we could do this at the website side but given different roles require different explanations to do this within xinterview would make the process more streamlines
2. To be able to choose - CV only, Video only, candidate choice or both required per position, for what responses we would like would be awesome

We have been using Willo for many months now and this looks like a perfect replacement! I would like to know if I can do a video intro to the interview? I want to say thank you for coming to apply and what we are looking for in our interviewees as well as give them a minute of who we are and how we are family-run business... Just see that you have the data entry landing page that takes them to a confirmation page of the entries just completed, THAT is the page I would like to have a video at the top and ask them to click the button and get started. Is that POSSIBLE, how quickly? I am looking at getting 10 codes and would have A BUNCH of other business owners that will copy what we do and jump from Willo to this platform!

I'd really like to know how I can add longer interview questions and descriptions on the interview questions. The long descriptions are truncated and will not let you see the extra characters beyond the fist couple lines of text. How can we get the character count increased to show in the interview, or if you show me how to get videos into each questions that doesn't even come into play!
