As I've been navigating through this product it's very clean and simple to use. As more updates come I believe it will continue to improve however, with all that is present now its a great tool for interviewing and other solutions that it could be used for.

Stumbled across this product just as I was about to begin the process of posting my first job advert. As a solopreneur, with limited hours in the day, making the leap to advertising and interviewing your first employee (albeit a VA) is a challenge with so many other tasks to complete. This makes the process simpler and allows me to connect with remote applicants effectively. It is also engaging for the applicant and allows them the time prepare their response to my questions, as I have full control over their response time. I've never been great in interviews - nerves can get the better of you when the job really matters to you. This tool allows my applicants to show their best self, and allows me to sift through the candidates quicker and more effectively - perfect for someone under constant time-pressure.
