I moved all my interviews to this Tool. I'm calling pre-interview as part of the interview process. It definitely saves a lot of time and helps to choose the candidates who resonates with our culture before the live interview.

I am in the process of recruiting for a VA, and was struggling to get through all of the resumes, test data, and other information. There were forty candidates who were all of some interest and I narrowed that down via testing. But then I was figuring I'd just have to give up a couple of days to interview everyone. Thankfully I stumbled across this tool.

It took me hardly any time to setup and enter everything in. I went with 8 questions of a minute each, with the option for people to do a revised take if they needed, and 30 minutes thinking time. I then sent an invite to myself and did the interview myself. I was very impressed as it was super simple. So much so that instructions are hardly necessary. I was worried that canditates may not know how to go through this process, but after realising how super smooth the process is, I figured if any applicants did struggle (highly unlikely) then I wouldn't want to employ them any way.

I then sent out invites to all the candidates. Rather than having to enter them one at a time, which you can do if you like, I decided to use the bulk uploader which takes a CSV consisting of the name and email of each candidate. This took no time at all and went in perfectly first time.

With invites sent out to all the candidates I had to sit and wait to see how many completed the interview. So far, I've had half of the invites complete. I am sure some more will throw their hat into the ring, but any who don't have self opted out of the process so that is a useful process of elimination.

Today I have been working my way through the videos, and found the process to be far easier and less draining than real-life interviews.

So, all in all, a super cool discovery and one that has already saved me about two days of interviewing time and that's with just one job.

We need a platform to conduct mock interviews. This ticked all the boxes. I would like to see the ability to provide feedback and house documents for interviewees. Overall great product although I am quite early in my X Interview journey, so far so good. Long may it continue
