Hello, is it possible to change the technical return-path, and how? Currently it's affecting my soft bounces, and I want to do everything I can to reduce them. It's currently set to: sender7.acblnk.com, and I haven't found a way to edit this. We're License Tier 5. Thanks in advance!

Q: Account Reactivated Without Explanation - Automation Triggered
Our account has been activated; however, we still have not received any explanation for the initial suspension despite requesting clarification for the past 10 days.
My concern is: once the account was reactivated, our welcome email sequence was automatically triggered. As a result, users began receiving welcome emails even though they had not re-subscribed.
Could you please clarify what caused this and advise who is responsible for resolving the automation issue?

If the same email address exists in two different lists (e.g. Subscribers and Users) and I send one campaign to both lists at the same time, will that contact receive the email once or twice?

A: Good question and no worries, your contacts won’t be spammed.
In Acumbamail, if the same email address exists in multiple lists (for example, Subscribers and Users) and you send a single campaign to both lists at the same time, that contact will receive the email only once.
