Let's say a customer sends a message in English, but my preferred language as an agent is German.
Ideally, I would like the workflow to be:
Customer writes in English. The system automatically translates the message into German for me. I reply in German. The system automatically translates my reply back into English for the customer.

A: Hello. We have already migrated from the OpenAI Assistants API. The current implementation no longer depends on the deprecated API. It is recommended to use the "New Experience" tab and recreate your assistants in Anychat. This will allow you to train the AI using your data (files, KB, or website link).

Hi, I just purchased a plan and signed up an account via Google sign-in on web browser. But the AnyChat mobile app only have email+password sign in - how can I log in? I tried to set password on web browser but couldn't find the "change password" section. Please advise, thank you.

A: Hello. Yes, our mobile app currently does not support Google login. You have two options for logging in: 1 - Set a password in your account settings at https://app.anychat.one/account 2 - Use the "Link device" button on the same page at https://app.anychat.one/account, which allows you to log in by scanning a QR code with your mobile app.
