Q: Does AnyChat support Instagram Comment-to-DM triggers and custom link buttons?

I am looking for an automation tool for social media marketing and have a few specific questions regarding your platform's features:
1. Instagram Comment-to-DM: If a user comments a specific keyword on one of my Instagram posts, can AnyChat automatically reply to their public comment AND send them a private DM simultaneously?

I have already tier 1 and 2 but need to upgrade to the 3rd one, but I am not sure how to buy the 3rd tier as I don't need to pay full price.

A: You just need to the first tier. AppSumo will give you a code, and then you will be able to add it to your existing account. This will upgrade your account to tier 3.
As agency/consultant can this solution be used as reselller solution, with white-label and self-serv to SMB's? I am looking at the more pricier plan but the limit of 25 agents left me in doubt.
