A: Yes we are still working on the product. The roadmap is changed because canny the company behind the roadmap software changed their plans. It is still there not removed.
No we are not leaving. Features are being added all the time. Do agree we could do a better job announcing whats changed and new. For example did you know you can now have unlimited FAQs?
I'm one of those who seriously believed in your product, but after receiving several emails saying the roadmap has been closed, I feel quite sad. What about those of us who invested in your product? The features we requested will be developed. Will DM, champion, disappear?
Roadmap is right here my friend: https://dmchamp.canny.io/. The emails you are most likely referring to are automatically sent out when we mark a roadmap item as closed.
We marked requests as closed because they did not get enough support or they are not viable to develop. Requests that are marked as complete are either already live or fully developed and going through QA.
We need to solve the matter. We invested in your company because we believe you can help us. This is not helping us. Actually, it is hurting our business.

You've marked roadmap items as closed. That means you're not listening to customer feedback.
You're marking features as completed when they were never actually developed.
