1. For a client, In addition to their website URL, can I also train the bot on their Google docs, pdfs and sheets? 2. What else can i enrich the training with?conflicting info? 3. Can the bot detect and flag any information that is conflicting in the 'knowledgebase'? e.g. Item has price 1 on the website, but in the doc, Item 1 has a different price? 4. Does the product 'prioritize' an information source (or is there a hierarchical structre it goes through) if there is conflicting data?

A: In addition to the website URL, you can train the bot on documents. For a Google Doc, you would have to export it to PDF (similarly for a sheet).
The bot will not detect conflicting information in the knowledge base. It creates its own knowledge base and uses that; it doesn't use the website or docs directly as the knowledge base, but rather uses them to create its own.
+1 for OpenRouter, Sohaib. I appreciate DM Champ only utilises Claude but access to that via OpenRouter saves setting up a separate subscription. Thank you !

Hi, today I almost made the purchase, but then I received an answer comparing different chat systems, and now I’m worried about additional API costs with Claude. As I understand, Claude is the only one I can connect to.
So here is my real question: in a real estate chat, where users usually ask simple, normal questions (no website parsing), and maybe 1 out of 10 users might ask to check a website...

A: To best answer this, I'll give you some real numbers.
Someone at the moment is using their own API key and doing massive volumes, so I'll use their numbers as an example. Over the past seven days, they have used about $200 (sonnet) in token usage for approximately 200 contacts.
In that time: 1. They've sent 10,000 messages 2. They've closed about $30,000 in revenue
