Very promising product. Quick & responsive support. VERY fast turnaround on feature requests.
I very rarely write reviews, but I'm so impressed I had to.
I've used other software such as Suitedash and this completely blows it out the water. It's fast, support is very responsive, it's not awkward like in other CRMs - it's very intuitive and user friendly.
Yes - there's still some essential features that need to be added such as ticketing, but users are requesting things left, right and centre - and it's being implemented really REALLY quick!
For example (check out their Discord if you want a feel for how good the support is!):
I requested multi-step forms as a feature request. This was added in less than 48 hours.
I asked if it was possible to use captchas on forms. This was implemented in less than 24 hours.
I asked about separating marketing/transactional email. I don't remember how quick it was implemented, but next time I logged on I noticed this was implemented.
Meanwhile, there's features such as routing & territories (useful for delivering, D2D sales, etc) that cannot be found in other CRMs - very impressive.
Most of all - the automations feature is insanely good. It's a visual workflow with drag-and-drop, making it very intuitive and user-friendly; whilst being very powerful and customisable.
Whatever features are introduced have been thought through carefully and implemented well, and not slap-dashed together like in a lot of LTDs found on AppSumo.
I don't know if NinjaPipe has others working on it other than Dinuka, but if he's just a one-man band at the moment - I have no idea how he's able to deliver so many feature updates whilst delivering responsive support at the same time, genuinely impressed.

I like NinjaPipe
I like NinjaPipe, the interface, and how fast it is. I've encountered a few errors, but it still performs the actions I need. I give it 5 stars because I see they release updates frequently, which encourages me to use it even more.
However, there are a few things I'd like you to consider. In the workspace, you can only choose one currency, but there are services where we want to use a different currency.
Could you make it possible to change the currency even after selecting it in the workspace? Also, could you make it so that this custom currency is also included in the pipeline totals, adding the total for one currency below the total for the other? And could invoices also be generated in different currencies, not just the one selected in the workspace?
I recently reported a bug where, in the client portal, when an ad is published, the description appears with HTML tags.
One last detail: could you please change the icon used in the currency entry field so it matches the selected currency? Even if you change the currency in the workspace, the fields where you enter the value still display "$" and below, the correct currency type is shown, but the label still says "$". This is confusing when filling out opportunity information and in the pipeline.
Anyway, thank you, the CRM has been very helpful.

Misleading marketing... missing key features, support SUPER SLOW
This app has potential. The problem is they're out over their skis by marketing google integration. They are NOT google integrated... as a matter of fact, their app shows up as "BLOCKED" by the developer. This was one of the main reasons we signed up. So we messaged support and there was a notice saying that they were in the process of being approved by google... then, when you actually clicked though, you get the BLOCKED by goole message. So, we messaged support.... SUPER SLOW response back. We got a message saying sometime in MAY. Nothing beyond the short, simple statement. May 11th... NOT able to find out what's going on. Ninjapipe has gone SILENT. Not responding to requests for update. Seems like their not gonna integrate. Key feature, not functional. Support, not functional. Another "too good to be true" developer.

Edited May 11, 2026Thanks for the review.
1) We have indicated that google is reviewing us in many places, this is out of our control and like any new app, we have to jump through those hoops to be verified by them ๐
2) Support is available on Australian timezone. We have indicated this as well.
Your frustration is valid and I'm sorry you had that experience.
If you are using Google workspaces, we have indicated...

Really a Great Package
I have used CRM packages for years. Among the ones I have used include Zoho, Sales Force, Hub Spot, and Pipe Drive. My work was using HubSpot. I used to really like Hub Spot but the newest version doesn't work with Office 365. I needed to use the older version of Outlook.
I logged into HubSpot and found I couldn't get in. My mangement had decided they didn't want to continue with it. Unfortunately, all of my contacts were in it.
I decided to go ahead and try out Ninjapipe. I had a few false starts trying to set it up but I found that exporting data as JSON files worked every time.
I have used Sales Force for years. The cost is staggering. I sent out invites to my team members. I know that I have only scrateched the surface of what NinjaPipe offers. Consider this, chances are, you will be changing jobs in the future. When you do, you will loose all your contacts and information. If you buy a license for NinjaPipe, you can keep a current list of your customers and deals and even if you get locked out of your work computer, you will have all the data you need for you next job (jus saying).

The best UI/UX designs I've seen in any SaaS, created by an amazing founder and team.
TLDR: just go to Discord to get super fast and helpful responses from the founder
First of all, I really love the UI/UX: it's very clean, modern, intuitive, and fast. This is one of the main reasons I refunded another client portal/CRM from AppSumo and switch to the highest tier of NinjaPipe.
The platform itself, I have only explored 10% of the hundreds of features. This CRM platform is full of useful features and will continue to grow according to the roadmap.
What I like most after the UI/UX is the founder, Dinuka. He is very, very passionate about this project and goes all in. That's why he ALWAYS listens to user feedback and quickly fixes existing bugs and routinely adds features every week.
This is the reason why I am confident NinjaPipe will become a big brand in the future. Don't miss out on buying it while the opportunity is still available.
Goodluck, Dinuka!
