A: Hello,

You can have full access from Tier 4, as MCP is included from Tier 4.

Q: Italian language, follow-up and levels

Hi, I wanted to ask if the interface is available in Italian. If not, can it be added and how long it would take? Also, can you remind me that I haven't responded in a certain number of days? Can you send a follow-up after a certain number of days without a reply?
I was undecided between levels 4 and 5. I don't need level 6. It's a shame that if e-commerce were included in level 5, I would have been more convinced.

A: Hello,

The web app is currently in English, but we have plans to translate it in coming weeks. Currently you can use the browser auto-translate feature.

We do have an outlook add-in which is already available in Italian language.
The AI can draft and reply in Italian without any issues.

Regarding follow ups, it can be set to follow up after every specific days, with randomization options,...

Q: IMAP vs Gmail Training | LLM for included credits | Rest API future plans

Hi Victoria,

Welcome back to Sumo. Could you please help me with the following:

1)IMAP vs Gmail
Is there a meaningful difference in training ability/length of time between IMAP accounts and Gmail. I have a mix of both. Is IMAP trickier to train?

2)Could you confirm what LLM you are using for the included Ai credits and whether this is likely to update this year?

3)Beyond...

A: Hi Matt,

Thanks for your questions.

1. IMAP vs Gmail
There’s no meaningful difference in training between IMAP and Gmail accounts. Snoooz learns automatically from your draft edits and replies regardless of mailbox type. You can also train it using your website, docs, and other knowledge sources, which can be shared across both Gmail and IMAP accounts.

2. Included AI Credits / LLMs

Q: E-commerce Integration Tiers

Hi,

Why can't E-commerce integrations be available for Tier 5 users?
I thought that in terms of levels, Tier 5 and Tier 6 are the same, and Tier 6 is just meant for users who need more workspaces and mailboxes.

I hope you can also enable E-commerce integrations for Tier 5.

Thank you.

A: Hi, great question! You're right that Tiers 5 and 6 are very similar — Tier 6 is primarily for users who need more workspaces and mailboxes.

We did intentionally keep e-commerce integrations as a Tier 6 exclusive to create some differentiation between the two tiers. It's a business decision on our end rather than a technical limitation.

That said, if you'd like to explore this further, feel...

Q: Instantly.ai Integration

Hey there, my primary use case would be to monitor, organize, draft and auto send responses from my cold outbound email, instantly (primarily in response to inbound messages from interested people). Currently, instantly makes it impossible to see drafted or sent emails sent outside the platform. I’m sure this isn’t the use case snoooz was intended for but the rules/responses created have been so...

A: Hello, great news — this is actually a use case we already support! While I haven't personally tested it with Instantly, we do have users running this exact workflow with cold outbound campaigns with SmartLead and other tools.

The setup is straightforward: they configure a master inbox (reply-to address) where all replies land, connect that mailbox to Snoooz, then set rules to auto-categorize...
