Can you send a follow-up after a certain number of days without a reply? I was undecided between levels 4 and 5. I don't need level 6. It's a shame that if e-commerce were included in level 5, I would have been more convinced.

We do have an outlook add-in which is already available in Italian language. The AI can draft and reply in Italian without any issues.

1. IMAP vs Gmail There’s no meaningful difference in training between IMAP and Gmail accounts. Snoooz learns automatically from your draft edits and replies regardless of mailbox type. You can also train it using your website, docs, and other knowledge sources, which can be shared across both Gmail and IMAP accounts.
Why can't E-commerce integrations be available for Tier 5 users? I thought that in terms of levels, Tier 5 and Tier 6 are the same, and Tier 6 is just meant for users who need more workspaces and mailboxes.
I hope you can also enable E-commerce integrations for Tier 5.
