Are other review channels supported like Yelp, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, and Facebook? I am interested in a landing page that allows the customer to choose which channels to post and to offer additional incentives for posting across all channels.

A: Yes, you can set the outbound review link to any external URL of your choice, so you could send customers to any channel of your choice.
That said, our current review management support is limited to Google reviews. At the moment, we can import and reply to Google reviews from directly within Spokk.
One important question: are you looking to incentivize general customer feedback, or are you...
Thanks for the advice and for distinguishing between the two. I understand your point and will incentivize the general feedback as per your recommendation. You don't currently support a landing page where I could set up multiple review channels to let the customer choose where to leave feedback? I operate vacation rentals and would like to have a landing page with multiple review channel options
What level of sales monthly before we can get 80-90% off on credit-discounted rates and if not then can we ever have BYOK as there are other options that do not require credits, right?
Can we HIDE the credit features from the interface so that they do not get consumed or is that automatic after the initial 2000 credits are consumed? What is the solution here? What do you suggest? TY

A: Hey there, BYOK is already available on Spokk. The credit system is for customer automations per month, which is our internal system where you can't bring in your own key. You get 6000 customers per year and you can purchase additional customers through the agency portal whenever you need. Reach out at [email protected] if you need a large number of customers and a bigger discount.
If I don't mind the Spokk branding, can I use tier 1 - 3 to add clients and upgrade to tier 4 once i grow? My clients want me to do it all, so they may never even log in. I would be approving all reviews. I would be designing their website, adding the widget link to the website and hand holding them to set up their Google Businesss manager account. A realistic goal would be 5 clients paying me monthly, am I right in assuming the difference in tiers is Branding/white Label and monthly allotted credits?

A: Hey, if you don't mind the Spokk branding the easiest thing is to buy a single tier 1 license. Test it out with one of your clients and see the results. If they are willing to pay you well, you can upgrade it to tier 4 and handle multiple clients. You also have the option of purchasing multiple tier 1 licenses but at that point I think it would make more financial sense to buy tier 4 since you...
So tier one would limit me to one client or one location? Could I not use it for multiple clients until my credits run out? Just with Spokk branding....
I'm considering offering this in my agency, but I want to be clear about how this works. Tier 4 Agency.
1. Offer review feature to clients (email only for me, no sms) 2. Set up the client's Google Business feature and create API 3. Create a client account in Spokk and add GB Client API, then assign credits (30 per month) 4. Add the review/link widget to clients wordpress website 5. Add triggers...

A: Hey, I think there is one important clarification here.
Spokk is built mainly for review collection and customer feedback generation, not direct Google review management/importing.
So the flow works more like this:
You send customers an email review request after a sale using our API/integrations or your own automation setup. There can absolutely be a delay before the email is sent if you...
So who manages the reviews? So it sounds like there is another layer that requires human input/time. I guess what I'm looking for are steps, this helps me see the big picture and where I can monetize it. My clients dont want to do any work, they want done-for-you solutions. I also want it to run on autopilot once setup.
Yes it will run on autopilot. You build out the integration by calling our API from their system. All you have to do is send the contact data (email or phone) via the API. Feedback requests and reminders will run on autopilot from then onwards. If you want to reply to feedback, you can do so from the dashboard. Sign up for free on spokk.io and you can test the product out for yourself.

Hey there, we show the multiple review channels after a person has provided feedback. It is shown in the Thank you page.

Tier one will be for one client but with unlimited locations. You cannot use it for multiple companies. Only tier 4 supports that.

Q: Agency plan
Would agency plan allow my trainees run their own mini-business if I buy the top tier? What would be limitations?
Samesh_W
May 6, 2026A: This sounds like a two-level management setup (you → trainees → their clients), which isn’t something we fully support out of the box right now.
That said, the feasibility really depends on how you’re planning to structure it—there may be workarounds depending on your exact use case.
If you can share a bit more detail via email, I can give you a clearer answer on what’s possible and where the...
