Q: SMS/WhatsApp capability for customers outside the US/Canada

Hi there. What is the reason behind sms's not being available to users outside of Canada and the US please? Even better would be the ability to connect appointment follow-ups to WhatsApp Business.

I'm in South Africa, and my business uses WhatsApp Business for communicating with customers. I personally find that email follow-ups generally aren't the most reliable option for appointment reminders...

Q: Pro plan

I see that you offer a Pro plan inside the account dashboard, which allows us to completely remove the TidyCal branding. Is the Pro plan not available as an LTD on AppSumo? Also, why can't we remove branding on the Agency plan? How many custom domains can we have? If it's an Agency plan, can we have more than one business or custom domain?

Q: Different landing pages for different brands

Hi there,

is it possible to create different landing pages for different projects? I have several projects running and I'd like to give ech of them my own landing page. Or do I need to buy a standalone license for everyone?

Q: Some pre-sale questions

Hi the team,
TidyCal looks great bu ti have several pre-sale questions :
1) can we add our own favicon?
2) is there a "look busy" feature that remove x% of free slots?
3) is there a re-schedule option? If yes : by email? in google agenda event ? other?

Q: It's All 404 Pages! Clients can’t book or pay me. Has anyone else experienced this? HELP NEEDED!

Hi Team, 5-year customer here, lifetime plan holder, and I actively refer people to TidyCal. I love this product, which is why I need help FAST.

As of today, every single one of my booking links is returning a 404 page — including my website embed. Clients cannot book or pay me right now.

Here’s the sequence of what happened:
1. Updated titles on 5 booking types
2. Toggled Website booking page...

Good news: we found the cause and your account is fully restored. An automated safety check misfired and temporarily flagged your account, which is what made every public booking link and your website embed return a 404 page while your dashboard still looked normal. We've reversed...
