Yes, that's indeed the case. You may have as many visitors as you wish who can talk with the chatbot concurrently. I'd that's the beauty, you don't need real people behind the bots answering all the questions at the same time.

Q: Is the training included?

For example if I have a 50M Database that i wanna train.. do i have to pay for the train with my own OpenAI or not? Is it possible to train and test without having additional costs?

Thanks for the question.

So we bear the compute and storage cost of your training data as Tiny Talk and you as the owner of the API key, bear the cost of all API requests towards OpenAI.
Good news is, it's cheap.

Let's do a rough estimation:
General base unit for calculation is something called "token", a token generally corresponds to 4 characters of text.
The cost of one of the most expensive embedding model from OpenAI is $0.10 per 1 million token.

50,000,000 characters / 4 characters per token = 12,500,000 tokens.
(12,500,000 tokens / 1,000,000 tokens) * $0.10 = $1.25

So for "$1.25" you can train 50 Million character database

If we use the cheaper model, it is $0.02 per 1 million token.
Our cheapest cost for 50M Character DB would be $0.25

You see, it's really not even something to be concerned of.

Thank you for the question. At the moment all tiers have access to basic resource/character limit and message metrics on a monthly/recurring basis per chatbot. Mind that these are not charts, just metrics scattered throughout the Dashboard.

We are currently working on Helpdesk/Chat History features, once released, high tiers with this feature will also get a monthly breakdown of messages/conversation analytics and analysis like tone/sentiment/intent/keywords. We also plan to extend it with demographics from visitors.

Seats/Teams and Single Sign-On features will be offered as a monthly add-on and currently not yet in development. Feel free to add/vote/comment on features here at https://tiny-talk.canny.io

Q: I need a chatbot, which would notify me when somebody is chatting, preview the live chat and if possible take over AI chat by human.

So my helpdesk person can start talking to web visitor. You have plenty of integrations, can I expect this feature?

This is exactly what we are working at the moment, first beta release of this feature will allow admins to see each conversation between the visitors and the chatbot. After that we will continue to iterate on this feature and allow admins to take over the conversation to then eventually allow visitors see their previous chat history. We hope to release the beta version in a couple of weeks and then continue with the remaining functionality. Idea is to indeed have a full blown AI backed Helpdesk with all the bells and whistles around it.

I believe you can always stack up codes, for example start with 3 codes and later get 4 more to reach to tier 7. Downgrading I'm not totally sure. Best to say is that we don't have any special situation as Tiny Talk, whatever AppSumo supports and sets as guideline that's what we would also comply and be inline with.

I'd love to see you come on board and give us a try and let us know how we can make Tiny Talk better for your use case.
Regarding custom domain, I believe it will be an add-on but we may try to be more flexible in terms/pricing, although I think we keep our price vs limits competitive compared to other alternatives. We do have some features missing but working hard on them to bring them to production as soon as possible. We've been working on Chat History and going pretty well, soon a beta will launch.

We are using "WhatsApp Business Management API". Once you setup your account on Meta side, you would get your bot specific webhook url and verification token from Tiny Talk Dashboard and insert that into your account on Meta to complete the integration.

Yes you can customize the look and feel of your chatbot, like the colors of the message bubbles, bot avatar, title, tagline, suggested message colors etc. At the moment the launcher icon that appears at the bottom right corner of a website is not customizable but you will be able to customize that very soon.

We support pretty much all the languages the underlying GPT models from OpenAI support. You can sign up for an account and give it a try, upload some documents in the language you wish to use and start asking questions. We also suggest you set up your system prompt in such a way to enforce the language, for example you can enforce the chatbot using a system message to reply only in Chinese.

Yes you do need to bring your own OpenAI API Key. Tiny Talk provides services on top of existing OpenAI API's.

We have a public roadmap here at https://tiny-talk.canny.io if you like you can also request new features, vote or comment on existing ones while tracking our development. At the moment we are working on chat history to allow admins to browse through the conversations of the visitors for better analysis and help desk features to allow conversation take over. Once these are released, we'll continue with more integrations, starting with Zapier, Slack and Google Sheets if still desired. There is also demand on alternatives to Zapier, which we plan to add support as well.

Regarding "sending files to the user for authentication", if I understood correctly, at the moment we do not support visitors authenticating with another service through the chat. I'm guessing this is about function calling features or to help you identify your visitor? I'd be glad to hear your use case so I can provide a better answer. At the moment this is not possible, also Meta / WhatsApp is quite strict on businesses starting a conversation and general expectation is that a user starts the conversation. I believe there is also daily limits on how many times a business account can start a conversation, not 100% sure though.

If considerable demand on such feature comes together, we may think together what's the best way to build it. Perhaps once we have the Helpdesk features in place, this may become more of a logical next step with enough justification to invest time in it. Yes, totally, you can upload your resources like pdf, txt, docx, or a website url to create your own knowledge base and the chatbot will use that pool of information when having conversations with you or your audience. You can instruct the chatbot to act in a certain way, if your data and intent is about coaching to training, you can provide instructions to sort of design it's behavior on how to answer questions, what to say what not to say and so on.

We have a few ed-tech customers who are using Tiny Talk to enhance their students learning experience, they have chatbots trained on specific courses and topics.
