Can the live chat integrations be filtered by department or brand?

Years ago I used BoldChat, which had a feature I found very useful: as an agent, I could see anonymous visitors browsing my website in real time. A visitor did not need to click a chat button or start a conversation first.
From the operator dashboard, I could select a particular visitor and manually initiate a chat with them. A message/invitation would then appear to that...

Flow behaviour:
1. In a node waiting for a button reply, how can we catch free text and

Sending images from a flow / AI node:
1. Can the Message node image/attachment use a variable URL, so the bot
sends the picture itself?
2. On Messenger an image URL in the AI reply shows only as a link
(Telegram shows a preview). Is there a supported way for the AI node
to send an image on Messenger?
